Richard “Chad” Case 1977-2009 Richard “Chad” Case, 32, La Cygne, died May 6, 2009. He was born March 23, 1977, in Iredell County, N. C. He married Lori Gutierrez on Aug. 1, 2008. He was employed as a boilermaker and was a member of the Boilermakers Union Local No. 283. Survivors include his wife, Lori of the home; parents, Vonnie and Willard Ryals and Terry Case; and seven sisters, Amanda Williams, Tiwanna Hoitt, Tonya Compton, Amy Gregory, Angela Parsons, Jennifer Wilcox and Jessica Wilcox. Memorial services were Monday at La Cygne United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Loxley, Ala., at a later date.
