Gayle and Lynette Dunn of Morganville, Kan., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Ann, to Blake Daniel Maimer of Baldwin City. The future groom is the son of Daniel and Melissa Maimer of Osawatomie.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Clay Center Community High School. She attended Baker University School of Nursing at Topeka and received a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine in Lawrence.

The bridegroom-to-be graduated from Osawatomie High School in 2003, and from North Central Kansas Technical College in Beloit, Kan., in 2005. He is employed as an auto body technician for McCarthy Collision Center in Olathe.

An Oct. 24 wedding is planned at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clay Center, Kan.
