Motorcycle riders can hit the road for a good cause Saturday during a benefit dice run for Jimmy Rogers.

Rogers owns Elite Cycles and was critically injured in a motorcycle accident July 11.

The event will begin at Elite Cycles in La Cygne, with registration beginning at 10 a.m. and bikes heading out at about 11 a.m. The ride will continue to The Country Club in Mound City at about noon, JJ’s BBQ Steakhouse in Blue Mound at about 1 p.m., Fox Run in Fulton at about 2 p.m. and finally to the Backdoor Saloon in Pleasanton.

Each dice sheet costs $10 per person, and additional sheets are available for $5 per person.

All of the proceeds from the event will help pay Rogers’ medical bills and living expenses, according to a news release.
