The annual Osawatomie Spook Parade is slated for 4 p.m. Friday, when downtown Main Street will host a stream of ghouls, goblins and other creatures of the season. Children who wish to parade through town in their Halloween costumes may gather at 3:45 p.m. in the City Auditorium, 425 Main St.,to line up before the event. Businesses located downtown are invited to hand out candy from their store fronts, and businesses not located downtown are invited to choose a spot downtown where they may hand out candy.
